Jeff is an accomplished Entrepreneur/Executive and brings over twenty years of business experience to the company. Mr. Moore’s business interests vary from healthcare, packaging, technology, finance and real estate. Prior to joining Avery Partners, Mr. Moore co-founded Graves Packaging, Inc. a consumer and industrial products packaging company. Prior to that Mr. Moore was Chairman and CEO of eCommSecurity (January 2000), a security management software provider. eCommSecurity was successfully acquired in February 2004. Mr. Moore also founded and built Key Resources (May 1996), a multi-million dollar technology contract services firm. KeyResources was acquired in December 1999. Prior to Mr. Moore becoming an entrepreneur, he was General Manager for National Project Development (April 1991), a multi-million dollar technical solution provider for networked point-of-sale systems. Mr. Moore acquired his business roots while working for the various family businesses, Moore Brothers Construction, Inc., Moore Signs, Inc., and Kawasaki of Atlanta, Inc.
Mr. Moore has extensive experience in setting up and scaling companies with rapid growth potential. Mr. Moore was on the Board of Directors for the Association for Retarded Citizens and the Epilepsy Foundation. He coaches inner city kids for the North Dekalb Little League football program and is a public speaker on Goal Setting in Community Schools.
Ramie A. Tritt, MD
Chief Medical Advisor / Director
Ramie A. Tritt, MD is a physician entrepreneur. Dr. Tritt was raised in Montreal, Canada; and graduated medical school with honors from McGill University in 1973. He completed his Otolaryngology residency at McGill University and his Fellowship in Otology and Head and Neck Surgery at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. After arriving in Atlanta, Georgia in 1978 he founded the professional medical organization now known as Atlanta ENT, and which he leads as its CEO and President. Dr. Tritt has been in private medical practice since 1978 while pursuing his multiple entrepreneurial ventures
He co-founded Physician Specialty Corp (PSC), a multi-state physician practice management company in 1996, and was its Chairman and President. After taking PSC public on Nasdaq in 1997, Dr. Tritt lead the company with rapid growth and annual revenues north of $100 million, and he stayed with the company until 2002 when the company was sold to Allied Capital, a publically traded company based in Washington, DC. In recognition of these achievements Dr. Tritt was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1999. Since 2002 his entrepreneurial focus has been on investing in early to mid-stage companies, frequently functioning as an advisor and board member; and over the last few years Dr. Tritt has also been an active partner in multiple national and international funds which invest in early to mid-stage companies in multiple industries.

Nancy Daves has over thirty years of experience in information technology and healthcare operations. Her expertise includes Software and Management Consulting, Software Project Management, Design and Development, Merchandising Management and Business Development. Following a successful career as an Information Technology Consultant her accomplishments include directing, managing and growing professional services for information technology and healthcare staffing organizations.
Nancy successfully expanded healthcare staffing for clinical operations from local physician practices to a national presence providing clinical resources for hospitals, government entities and third party administrators; launched Electronic Medical Records consulting operations to provide implementation consulting expertise for various vendor products to healthcare providers nationwide; expanded an information technology services firm to include healthcare clinical staffing for hospitals and government military operations as well as EMR implementation consulting services.
Nancy joined Avery Partners to develop the healthcare market and share her healthcare and information technology expertise.

Mr. Haynes is a search consultant with over 14 years recruiting experience. He specializes in retained searches at senior levels in Healthcare and Energy. In addition to recruiting, he has over 15 years’ experience in healthcare information technology. He has a successful track record in recruiting, recruiting management, operations, marketing, sales and sales leadership. Steve has also created product strategy, branding and business alliances. He has earned a national reputation as a visionary presenter in applying database and communications technology solutions to healthcare practitioner credentialing. Steve is a graduate of Georgia State University, a former Captain in the United States Air Force, and co-founder of VetBuds, which is a service and networking group serving U.S. military veterans and their families. Steve and his wife Candy and also active supporters of Foster Children.

Ed is a former Hospital Administrator and Healthcare IT Leader. He has extensive experience in working within the healthcare ecosystem and understands the dynamics that drive the healthcare industry. Ed thrives on communicating and building lasting relationships within all levels of an organization, from executives and physicians to related staff.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Ed has had significant experience in assisting healthcare organizations achieve maximum organizational efficiency by maintaining a sharp focus on getting the job done in the most efficient and profitable manner possible.
Ed specializes in assisting healthcare organizations implement electronic health record (EHR) systems and in trouble-shooting those that have already been put in place. He is currently working on putting systems in place which will allow organizations to leverage the knowledge which is contained within the various data bases within the organization.
Vice President, Avery Rehabilitation (Out-Patient Clinics)
Al Meives, PT, CSCS, brings 15 years of experience as both a Physical Therapist as well as being Strength and Conditioning Certified. He has provided services as both an owner of outpatient clinics as well as being the rehab manager for the local skilled nursing facility (SNF). During this time, he has guided the facilities through numerous Medicare changes while establishing Policy and Procedures appropriate in both inpatient and outpatient settings. During his time as owner/operator, he has assisted in Geriatric education through numerous talks to senior centers, health fairs and senior seminars with special emphasis on fall prevention. He has been an educator in the field of Physical Therapy through assisting with student organizations and job placement for new graduates.
Al brings both a personal and professional passion for his patients and the community to which he serves. He volunteers his time in assisted with promoting health and safety with the local high school athletics and serves as the teams Physical Therapist. While his career has lead to treating patients of all age groups, his passion remains with the geriatric population and development of programs to assist with restoring and promoting quality of life.
Since selling his company in 2013 and joining Avery Partners; Al has assisted in acquiring and management of new clinics with special focus on establishment of compliance with ever changing Medicare guidelines and furthering staff education on the documentation standards required with use of electronic medical records (EMR) with maximal efficiency for reimbursement with all insurance carriers.
