This is increasing the difficulty for healthcare organizations to hire and afford the additional resources required to address the current industry transformation.<\/p>\n<p>These services evaluate the hospital\u2019s current HIT staff in terms of numbers and skill sets compared to current needs as well as projected requirements for the future.
