Frankie Farra is by far one of the best recruiters that I have worked with overall. He is very passionate about what he does, he is caring understanding, and will do whatever needs to be done to make sure you are able to work on a assignment and get the job done. If that assignment ends he quickly looks for another assignment for you to make sure you wont be out of work for to long. Its hard finding not only a good staffing agency that will keep you working but a good recruiter who will make sure no matter what that you are continuously working. I could not see myself working for any other agency but Avery partners because of Mr. Frankie Farra.
