Frankie Farra is by far one of the best recruiters that I have worked with overall. He is very passionate about what he does, he is caring understanding, and will do whatever needs to be done to make sure you are able to work on a assignment and get the job done. If that assignment ends he quickly looks for another assignment for you to make sure you wont be out of work for to long. Its hard finding not only a good staffing agency that will keep you working but a good recruiter who will make sure no matter what that you are continuously working. I could not  see myself working for any other agency but Avery partners because of Mr. Frankie Farra. Thank you Frankie for all that you have done for me and will continue to do for me as a recruiter!

From Day 1 Frankie has been nothing short of AMAZING!! It had been a while since I did an interview so I was nervous. With Frankie it was more of him getting to know me as a person and learning more about what I was looking for. I placed my resume out on Indeed.com and when Frankie called, right off the bat he told me that what he liked about my resume was the longevity in my work history. (I had been at my previous job almost twelve years before the work ran out and I had to put myself out in the market.) I was so relieved because I had begun to think that staying loyal to a work place was not what anyone was looking for. When I went in to Avery and met with him, he was upbeat and positive. We discussed the job market; my work history; life; etc., and he told me that he had the job for me. I left feeling great about my prospects. After setting me up with an interview at JTS Health Partners, Frankie sent tips and advice, and followed up on how things were going on the temporary assignment. On the day I received an offer for a permanent place with JTS, I emailed to let Frankie know how excited I was, and to thank him for all his work and help in making the job search process a positive experience.

My job placement process was like no other, the attention to detail as well as the amount of effort put into me personally by ZZ was immense, I felt like I could call to ask any sort of question anytime and she would gladly answer.

ZZ was very professional and always willing to assist with my job search. Out of all the agencies I have had the best experience with Avery Partners and ZZ. I am so thankful for the experience.

My recruiter was Ellen Johnson and she was awesome! She was there through the whole process to answer any and every question that I had. If she did not know the answer, she always took the time out the time out to find it. She is very nice, caring and always checked on me throughout my contract. She communicated very well! When only ran into one problem with payroll, but she quickly took care of it and even was able to personally bring my check to me so that I would not have to wait an additional week to get paid. I would strongly recommend Ellen to anyone. A lot of my friends are interested in Avery Recruiting Partners and I recommended that they should only use her 🙂 She’s the best!

I have Known, and worked with Ms. Ellen Johnson for the past 2 years. She has been absolutely incredible. She has been very instrumental in my career. I could not have gotten to where I am within this last 2 years of my life with out her. She is very professional, efficient, and polite. Further more, I know that I can depend on her.

I am pleased to write a review for Frankie. – I had my resume uploaded on indeed where Frankie found my resume and reached out to me to talk more about the job. It was my very first time working with an agency and I have to say that my work experience with Frankie has been nothing but TOP NOTCH. Frankie not only placed me at a very nice consulting company but he also made sure that it was close to me to avoid long commute and crazy ATL traffic. He is very patient and more importantly he understands others needs and he does his best to find a job that meets his candidate needs. I’ve always heard from other people how most recruiters don’t follow up once they place you somewhere but I didn’t experience that issue with Frankie. He always followed up via emails/phone and made sure I was comfortable and happy. He followed up couple of times even after I went perm which he didn’t have to do but he did. Frankie is not only a great recruiter but a great mentor too. I would definitely recommend him to other people.

I want to give a big shout out of thanks to Katy Bergevin at Avery Partners for her time and efforts to finding me a job position in a very short time. I interviewed with Katy on June 15 and then she got me an interview with a medical practice on June 16 and I was offered a position on June 19 and accepted and started on June 27 and I am very pleased thus far with the office. Avery Partners is one of the best temp service I have been through. My recruiter was Ellen Johnson. I called because I was in need of work asap after being laid off. Ellen set me up with an interview within 2 days and I was out interviewing a few days later. Not only did Ellen find me one job but she found me 2 and now I have a permante position at my job. I had just separated from an employer due to a reduction in force when I responded to a job posting by Avery Partners that I felt matched my abilities. At a time for me when I was concerned about my employment prospects, I met Frankie Fara, who showed confidence in Avery’s processes and also in my abilities. The result of our communications was that I became more confident in Avery’s process and my abilities as well. That instilled confidence served me well in job ointerviews with their client an, I feel, helped me to get the placement with Avery’s Client.

Frankie is a very awesome guy. I just moved here in February of 2017. I needed to find work but I also wanted to stay connected within my healthcare scope. I applied online before moving, Frankie called and got me in for an interview. Within days I was offered a position as a Medical Assistant Abstractor. I moved to Atlanta in 2011 from Fort Lauderdale Florida. I came to Avery Partners seeking employment. I met Zz and from the very start Her energy was so positive. She got me an assignment with Peidmont Healthcare. She would always check to see how things were going with me. What I really love mostly about her she is very caring  I had a personal Issue and was there for me when I need to talk. She is AWESOME!!! I was out of work a second time I called and she placed me with CHOA. She spoke so highly of me and now I am  a permanent employee with ZZ help!! To sum it all up I would work for Avery anytime ZZ is not only a recruiter she is a friend and she is the reason I am where I am today!!
